  • Service unavailable after successful payment
  • Order cancelled before processing begins

Non-Refundable Services

Refunds are generally not applicable for:

  • Government fees already submitted
  • Incorrect information provided by customer
  • Customized or completed printing work
  • Services already processed or delivered

Refund Processing Time

Once approved, refunds are processed within 2–3 working days to the original payment method.


Returns Policy

As most services provided by Raj Digital Hub are digital or customized in nature, physical returns are generally not accepted. However, customers may contact us regarding damaged, incorrect, or defective printed products.


Hard Copy Delivery

For services involving physical document delivery, customers must provide accurate delivery details. Raj Digital Hub is not responsible for delays caused by courier services, incorrect addresses, or unforeseen circumstances.


Document & Customer Data

Uploaded documents are collected only after customer permission for service processing purposes. We take reasonable precautions to maintain document privacy and security.
